Procesos de Integración y Autonomía en la Nación Chichas
RESUMEN
Los Chichas son herederos de una historia ancestral,
sin embargo en los últimos tiempos esta característica ha llevado a que la
lírica y romanticismo empantanen la capacidad de pensamiento que proyecte
mejores días en nuestro territorio. Con este antecedente, y frente a este vacío
se ha generado un movimiento teórico-pragmático y activista que ha embanderado
el objetivo de Reconstituir la Nación Chichas a partir de diferentes argumentos
bien estructurados. Entonces bajo este lineamiento se han logrado históricos y
significativos avances en este proceso que hoy más que nunca buscan devolver a
los pueblos chicheños el sentimiento de unidad e integración en todos los
aspectos, situación que se concrete en la consolidación de la Autonomía en la
Nación Chichas consiguiendo el anhelo histórico de la gestión y administración
autodeterminada proyectando desde una visión propia los ejes del desarrollo y
el progreso. Así se viene superando el letargo del pensamiento señorial y
sesgado que se había encargado de constituir aspectos fundantes como la
identidad y sus particularidades en Los Chichas. Ahora con una visión de
integralidad, articulación y participación se impulsa este complejo proceso
hacia la Reconstitución de la Nación Chichas.

Integration
Processes and Autonomy in the National Chichas
SUMMARY
Chichas are heirs to an ancient history, but in recent times this
characteristic has led to the lyric and romance bogged down thinking ability to
project better days in our territory. With this background, and in front of
this gap has generated a theoretical and pragmatic and activist movement that
has feathering in order to reconstitute the nation Chichas from different
well-structured arguments. So under this guideline have made historic and
significant progress in this process that now more than ever looking back to
chicheños people the feeling of unity and integration in all aspects, a
situation that is realized in the consolidation of autonomy in the nation
Chichas getting the historical yearning for self-determined management and
administration projecting from its own vision axes of development and progress.
Thus comes the seigneurial overcoming lethargy and biased thinking that had
seen to be foundational issues such as identity and their specific situation in
the Chichas. Now with a vision of integration, coordination and participation
this complex process is forced into the Reconstitution of the Nation Chichas.
